About us
At Soludore, we support companies with opening, relocating and expanding offices and other professional premises in Madrid. We centralise and coordinate the main practical aspects of each project—premises, technology, suppliers and timelines—and pay particular attention to the people who will work in the new environment.
A move to a new office is more than just a change of premises. It also requires planning, communication and adaptation by the teams involved. While Soludore coordinates the work on the ground and keeps the different parties connected, the client retains control over the decisions and can focus on its core business.
Local knowledge of Madrid
We also know Madrid and the characteristics of its different business, residential and mixed-use areas. The right location depends on more than the price or availability of premises. Public transport links, the character of the area, proximity to clients and suppliers, local services and the needs of the people who will work there all play a part. This is why we help identify the areas of Madrid that best suit each company and project.
Sofía Bermejo Asensio
Founder and Head of Organisation and Client Relations
Sofía holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Salamanca and a degree in Education from Universidad Camilo José Cela.
Her background in psychology and education helps her communicate clearly, organise processes and support people through change. This perspective is particularly valuable in office openings, relocations and expansions, where it is also important for teams to understand the process and adapt to their new environment.
Sofía works mainly in Spanish and can also communicate in English.
Johan Kroes
Project and Business Expansion Coordinator
Johan is fluent in Spanish, Dutch and English and also has some knowledge of German.
Two perspectives, one project
Our experience has taught us that opening, relocating or expanding an office involves far more than finding premises and connecting IT equipment. It requires selecting the right location and coordinating suppliers, installations, furniture, telecommunications, professional services and the many interdependent deadlines.
Madrid offers a wide range of very different environments. A company that regularly receives international clients may have different priorities from a technology company, a sales team, a small corporate headquarters or a business with many employees commuting daily from different parts of the Madrid region. Taking these differences into account from the outset helps make the search for premises far more focused.
We therefore combine two complementary perspectives: Johan’s technical, operational and international experience and Sofía’s people- and communication-focused approach. Together with our local knowledge of Madrid, this helps us match the needs of each project with the most suitable areas and options.
This enables Soludore to coordinate the practical delivery of the project without losing sight of its impact on the teams involved.
What does Soludore offer its clients?
Working with Soludore does not mean giving up control of the project. The client continues to make the important decisions, while we organise the information, prepare and compare options, coordinate the selected suppliers and follow up on the agreed actions.
Six benefits for your project

Better-informed decisions
We organise the information and prepare and compare options to support clear decisions, while the client always remains in control.
Greater visibility and lower risk
We keep the next steps, responsibilities, dependencies and deadlines clear to reduce coordination problems and identify potential issues early.
Continuity through to launch
We support the process from defining the requirements until the new premises open or become operational.
Shall we discuss your next project?
The outcome we aim for is a better-organised project, a location that more closely meets the company’s real needs and a smoother transition to the new workplace.
If you are preparing to open, relocate or expand in Madrid, tell us what you need, where and by when. We will consider how we can help with the local search and project coordination.
